New Workout: Relaxing Total Body Stretches with Kelli & Daniel

Hey FB Family, come join Daniel and me for a fun, relaxing stretch!

Relaxing Total Body Stretching Workout (you'll find this on Day 18 of our newly released program: FB Fit Round 4!)

We start off with some very light movement to get the muscles warmed, then we’ll be going through a wide assortment of total body stretches. Some of these stretches are active movements and others are static holds - all of them should feel great. This is an opportunity to slow down and treat yourself to some gentle, restorative movement. 

Heads up — the energy in this stretching routine is a bit informal. There’s lots of joint pops & cracks, contented sighs, some light trolling, and of course some running into one another.
