New Workout! Upper Body Strength Tri-Sets with Burnout Rounds

Good morning FB Family!

This upper body strength workout set my arms on fire:

Upper Body Strength Tri-Sets with Burnout Rounds

You’ll complete four tri-sets, circuits of three complementary exercises with minimal rest between moves. Each tri-set is quickly followed by a one-minute burnout round to fully tax and fatigue the target working muscles of each set. You won’t be using your heaviest weight selections, but tri-sets are an effective way to build strength and muscle size with increased time under tension!

Complete transparency — my arms were burning the entire workout, haha. Although my primary goal is improving muscle strength, I throw in higher rep/lower weight workouts like such to supplement my training goals because all methodologies of strength training are beneficial to overall performance improvements. The majority of your training time will be spent completing workouts that reflect your ultimate goals, but the accessory workouts are just as important!
