Back to basics

Any recommendations for videos that take me back to basics in form for exercises. I notice that in most videos, they tend to give advice on form when you're halfway through the exercise and I never remember next time I do it. I also have this very bad habit/tendency to put my weight in the balls of my feet instead of my heels and I can't figure out why I do that and how to change it. I've thought about putting a plate weight down and resting my toes in it to make me put the weight in my heels, but not sure if that would even help. I just feel like I don't feel the exercises where I am supposed to, so I'm thinking I need to try to get form better and maybe establish some muscle memory. Any ideas?
