Day 1 of the 2 Week Challenge, Workout Complete!

Happy New Year (again!) FB Family 🥳

I hope that you all had good holidays and were able to spend quality time with loved ones, relax and recharge.

Over here, Daniel and I have just earned a workout complete for Day 1 of the free 2 Week Challenge - evidenced by our sweat and crazy hair - show us yours in your own post or in the comments below! Today was a HIIT style lower body strength workout with Erica and I’m pretty sure I’ll be sore tomorrow. I’m so glad to be starting off the year strong, with a good workout habit in place and a strong community of support alongside us.
