Program or Challenge Suggestion

I was wondering if a prehab challenge or program might be a good suggestion. I see a lot of workouts, especially from Kayla, that help with hip, thoracic, wrist, etc. mobility. I have a lot of arthritis in my family tree, and have been trying out these videos to hopefully stave off some of these problems for future me. It would be great to see them in a more structured format and possibly have some tips to keep the joints moving in a healthy way! Thank you guys for always listening :)

Edit: I do see that there is a 5 day mobility challenge; I should've clarified for my suggestion, like a series of shorter, body part specific videos. Maybe to do alongside another program or as an add on to your workout of the day.
