I have completed all of the Strong programs, and I discovered I like the mix of working with all of the trainers in a program. I just completed Strong 3 for the second time. Are there any programs you all have done that compare? I hope another similar program featuring all of the trainers comes out soon! For now, I guess the best bet is to do Strong 3 again, maybe replacing some of the existing workouts with newer ones....I did save my last run as a routine, but find I crave different workouts sprinkled in.
