Workout idea: Exercises during Tennis Ellbow recovery

Hi - I am in the recovery stage of lateral epicondykitis(tennis elbow). My OT has cleared me to start doing upper body, but I need to avoid dumbbells held down at my side.

As this is a common injury and can take quite a lot of time to heal, I’d love to see a workout (both upper and lower body) that limits dumbbell moves with the dumbbells held with arms down.

Hoping this is a new challenge for the trainers!
