Workout Request!

Hello FB team! Thank you for all that you do and your willingness to take on our requests 😀 I would love some new total body strength workouts in the 40-50 minute range with NO cardio. (I’ve been training for running races and get plenty of cardio on running days). I know there are a good amount already on here but I’ve used FB for so long I’ve been repeating a lot haha.
