We love a routine that checks off many boxes at once, and this one does just that. Core strength, stability, dynamic control, injury prevention — check, check, and double check! Core stability and dynamic control are two areas that are commonly targeted in physical therapy programs, and we’re excited to bring them to you at FitnessBlender.
There are so many benefits to a strong core, but did you know that it also goes a long way towards preventing low back pain? Along with other factors like hip and mid-back mobility, core workouts improve your stability and dynamic control that enable you to move without restrictions. Often times, deficits in either of these areas affects your overall core strength and places you at an increased risk for developing low back problems.
