Okay not a subject anyone wants to discuss - but I have a hemorrhoid.
I saw my doctor and asked if I can still exercise. She said weights are fine but no squats.
I looked up some reputable medical sites and they say no weight lifting.
My doctor seemed to indicate my condition could last 3 - 6 MONTHS - what ??
I don't want to lose the gains I have made but I don't want to exacerbate my condition either.
I am unsure if lunges are okay - front or side.
If I do shallow versions and light weights I think it would be okay.
Any advice welcome ...
What can I do instead of squats ?
