Ski Conditioning Program

Hi FB team, I am a huge and loyal fan and have been working out with you for about 8 years now. In January, I will go skiing for the first time in my life (I`m 40!). Now I want to prepare for skiing to enjoy it even more and most importantly to avoid any injuries. So I thought that a ski conditioning program would be a great idea. Maybe a 2 or 4 week program that combines exercises and routines to get ready to hit the slopes ;) What do you think? Sweaty greetings from Germany (just finished a workout from Erica) ;)
