New Workout! No Standing Mid-Body Burn

Hey FB fam! Welcome to this bored easily style booty and core workout! 

No Standing Mid Body Burn

From start to finish, this entire routine will be completed down on the floor as we build core stability, strength in all muscles of the midsection and glutes, along with hip mobility. By the nature of many of these exercises, you’ll notice improvements in your posture and alignment both in your everyday life and throughout other workouts.

The workout itself is broken into 2 parts; the first is all bodyweight exercises for the booty and core, while the second works these same areas but with a circle resistance band. It’s a fast-paced routine at 41 minutes in total with warm-up and cool-down!

It’s rated a 4 in difficulty due to the extended amounts of time we hold similar positioning (a unique burn!). There are modifications shared throughout and default modifications I have written in the write-up!

We may not be vertical, but we sure turn up the heat! See ya there.
