Coming back after being inactive for 2.5 years.

After facing health issues and becoming inactive for 2.5 years, I lost 7 kg and am now at the lower end of a healthy BMI. I tried going to the gym but found my cardio fitness severely lacking.

If someone was/is in a similar situation, I'd appreciate recommendations on workout videos/routines from FitnessBlender, to gradually rebuild my cardio and muscle strength before going back to the gym. Thank you!
