Concurrent training: is some FB training not optimal after some months?

Hello there!

I have been cheating a bit on FB, which i have been a member of for many years, and looked at what other trainers were saying.

The one thing i wonder about is concurrent training: this design were you train at the same time for for example strength and cardio.

There seem to some studies saying that doing it in a single workout can be inefficient, and would recommend for example to have "pure" strength training on X days where you pace yourself not to make it a cardio (with 1min pauses between sets for example), then a day of HIIT, then a day of endurance. All that so that these different "types" of workout are going to trigger the right "adaptation/cellular response", which seem to be a really big deal.

I wonder what the team thinks about this, since very many FB workouts are mixing strength and cardio!
