With 5/5 workouts building up... time for a HARD program?👀

We've been seeing the library of 5/5 workouts expanding recently, mainly from Tasha and Erica and even from Marina.

With them I'm hoping to see a new program that is CHALLENGING!

Not saying I wanna see five 5/5 workouts per week (cuz my body will break apart) but maybe something like two 5/5 per week?

Could be Fit R4, or an entirely different brand... anyway I'd love to see something that challenges the competitor inside myself!
