Workouts with injured shoulder

I’ve managed to significantly inflame my left shoulder (the supraspinatus muscle) through lifting overambitiously I think, especially during dumbbell pullovers! And now I’ve been advised to avoid upper body exercise for at least 2 weeks so that this gets better.

I was in the thick of one of the FB30 programmes and loving it, so I don’t want to fall off the workout bandwagon. It’s hard to get back on. Are there are types of workouts that can safely be done without engaging the shoulders too much, aside from running/ sprinting?
