what results did you see from Strong or Mass?

HI all, so I'm a regular exerciser and I do lift weights (alongside cardio), but I am what you would call 'skinny fat' - a lot of flab around my midsection, and despite the weights I'm not as strong as I would like to be. I'm also aware that my core isn't as strong as I would like it to be - not just in terms of an aesthetic point of view but in my day to day activities - I find I get backache easily for example. I also struggle with a lot of core exercises so am concentrating on pilates style workouts for core stuff and building up hopefully to the abs programme. Anyway - my question is - for those who have completed Strong or Mass - what results did you see from these? I'm just coming to the end of Adventure and as my goal really is to firm up and strip down some of this belly fat (as well as increase strength) I don't know if Strong or Mass would be better. Tia x

Edit - or - would a combo of flex and booty be best?
