Cooldown/warmups….what is happening?

Waaaay back, K&D usually had a 5-9 min. Warm up and similar cooldown on their workouts. Then, people started asking for them to be separate so as to build their own routine. Over time, I have found three challenges developing; 1) the category is “weighted” more towards cool downs with fewer warmups, 2) by being one category, I feel like I spend more time searching for what I want, even when I narrow down my search and 3) many of these routines are getting to be full on workout length. Those are great for those days when I need some love for my muscles and joints, but aren’t those more stretching? I would *love* to see a separate warmups and cooldowns, with more targeted towards specific upper or lower body, that are not 20-30 min long. Although I definitely see a need/place for those, I just can’t do those with a 20-45 min. Workout everyday AND be on time for work! Thanks for listening.

P.s. it would b great to get a few more upper body videos for warmup and cooldown….
