New Plus Workout: 15-Minute Choose Your Impact Cardio

Hi FB Fam!

How is your week going? Are you ready for my newest workout? Hope so! It's a quick dose of low and high-impact exercises that are fun and will leave you sweaty, out of breath, and feeling accomplished.

15-Minute Choose Your Impact Cardio

This routine is all about your cardiovascular system. There is no warm-up or cool-down, so plan accordingly. We work for 35 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. There are two rounds of exercises; round one is all low-impact, and round two is high-impact. Here is the best part, during the second round, you can choose your impact level! Want to stick with all low-impact? You got it! Want to level up and do all high-impact? Go for it! What to dabble with, both high and low impact? Brilliant!
