Program without the bored easily??

Are there any programs that do not include the "for people who get bored easily"? It is very hard for me to get bored. I am by nature a very boring person.

In all honesty I don't feel like I get as much out of only doing one set of each exercise and coming back for more sets seems to give me better results both physically and mentally. Is there a way to see if a program has any of the "for people who get bored easily" videos so I know to avoid them? Thanks.
