Program Suggestion

I'd love to see a program that covers many of the different types of training equally. I know there are programs focused on strength training, programs focused on mobility, programs focused on cardio, but it would be really nice to see a program that features all of them.

The closest I could find was the most recent FB Fit, and even then it mostly sticks to the LB/UB/Core/UB/LB pattern that nearly all the programs have. I know I can add on a mobility exercise in the middle of a week of strength, but I'd love to not have to! Anyone else find a "FB Well Rounded" program useful?
