20-Minute Abs and Core Circuit

Today I have a 20-minute abs and core workout circuit that will leave you feeling strong and your abs and core feeling worked! This workout is specifically designed to target your core muscles and help you build a solid foundation of strength and is perfect as an add-on to any workout. This workout is in a "No Repeat" format. 

During this workout, we'll focus on various muscle groups within your core, including the muscles responsible for stability, balance, and overall functional strength. By strengthening these key areas, you'll improve your overall fitness and support your body's movements in daily activities and exercises.

Our workout will feature a variety of exercises that engage your core from different angles. We'll incorporate movements challenging your rectus abdominis and obliques, helping you develop a strong core foundation.

Additionally, we'll work on strengthening your lower abs and hip flexors, which play a crucial role in core stability and proper posture. Targeting these muscles improves overall body strength and improves your ability to move efficiently.

Throughout the workout, we'll include dynamic exercises that involve twisting and side-bending motions, activating the muscles on the sides of your core. Incorporating these movements improve your lateral stability and enhance your body's rotational power.

This is one of those workouts you can save for later, and regularly incorporate this 20-minute abs and core workout into your routine. You'll gradually build a stronger core and experience the benefits of improved stability, balance, and functional strength.
