Best Strength/Weight Lifting Programs (or combinations)

Hello All,

I just finished the FB Strong 2. Can someone recommend another program that is all about lifting/strength and maybe some yoga/pilates/core (vs. HITT) perhaps 2 days out of 6 days for example? As I get older (54), I noticed I need more "recovery" time if I over did something or something like position my arms/shoulder slightly off kilter by 1 inch (hahaha...you know what I mean - doesn't take much) and my shoulder or knee now has bursitis!

Can I add more than 1 program at a time to the calendar to compliment if it's not built into 1 program? I have a year membership and full access.
