Confused / low impact 2

Good Morning all,

I’m looking to start low impact 2 . Hoping to start to get back into it. Living with chronic pain is no fun, but I’m hoping this program will work for me.

What I’m wondering is when there are two or more workouts on the schedule, do I choose one or do both?
