Travel challenge

Loooong time FB fan from Switzerland here 🇨🇭

I love doing dumbbell workouts at home, but was just thinking that it would be amazing to have a 5-day (or even 2-week) challenge featuring only hotel room friendly workouts without the need for a mat and equipment, similar to Kayla‘s great „Standing Room Only“ workout.

In the meantime, if anyone else has recommendations for other such videos, please share them so I can try to build my own vacation routine - thank you 🙏
