50/50 strength and cardio

Hi all, I love my strength training and do it about 3 times a week just for 30 mins at a time (fb videos) along with a 20 min run 3 x a week too. I've been trying to build up muscle so have been eating a slight excess for around the last 3 months however I now feel I'm getting a bit too squishy around the middle! Obviously I can tweak my diet a little but I'm also thinking it would be good to put some hiit in the routine as well to shake things up a bit, and reduce the little excess currently going on! What would be the best programme for this? Fb abs? Burn? Sweat? Or something else? Tia xx
