How to do 5d/w programs best if only 4d/w are available

Hello,

the vast majority of programs have 5 workouts per week.

Unfortunately I can only do longer workouts Fr - Mon so 4 x per week. 3 x per week namely Tue - Thu I have only 15 min time for workouts.

If I interrupt the 5 days per week programs accordingly after 4 days and then continue on the next Friday, the program shifts further and further and the original optional relaxing workout on the 6th day per week no longer works as a relaxing workout per week.

What is your suggestion: omit the optional relaxing workout, since there are already 3 days with only 15min workouts per week anyway or still do the optional relaxing workout or other better ideas?
