I’m back!

Hello all,

I’ve worked out regularly for years now, and I discovered that a key technique for staying consistent is knowing when to take a break. In May, I injured my leg doing the new FB Booty. So I took a break for it to heal. It did heal, but I was having a hard time getting back into it. So I took an intentional break again. All of June I kept moving, but I mostly just rode my bike or experienced with other online workout videos. But I always come back to Fitness Blender! Their emphasis on positive messaging makes them stand out. So, after almost 2 months of no Fitness Blender, and only easy workouts, I was intrigued by Erica’s new challenge. So I tried day 1 today. It felt good! I lifted lighter than normal, but that’s because I haven’t used weights in so long. I feel my motivation coming back. Thanks Erica and the FB team!
