For those who do stretching on 6th day

Dear all, who are responsible enough, who don't miss the 6th day of the workout program and really DO this yoga/relaxing/stretching routine for 20-30 minutes straight, please, tell me - HOW? And why?

I can not do it at all, absolutely can not, thank you very much. After 5 minutes I'm like 'ah dammit I'm done, too slow'. I never do it.

Tell me please how it's possible for you and what you get from it?
