Suggestion: Healthy hips challenge

I would love a challenge that helps us develop better alignment in the hips/pelvis!

I think it could contain videos that focus on:

- stretching and strengthening the hip flexors

- activating the deep glute muscles

- increasing mobility

- making us aware of our alignment and imbalances.

I'm thinking lots of pilates and mobility ❤

I'm getting back into strength training and would like to make sure that I have good form and good foundations. I also have a pelvic tilt that needs addressing. A program like this would complement both of these goals!
