Question about combining Flex and Booty

Hi there,

I'm curious about the recommendation of combining Flex and Booty, so that I have a workout scheduled for Monday-Friday. Since I do a Pilates reformer session on Saturdays, and like to take Sunday as a rest day, I don't want to do six days a week, only 5. Is there a trick to scheduling the two programs together in that way, or should I just choose 2 lower body workouts and add them into my calendar and leave Booty out of it?
