Looking for a fat loss programme

Hi!

I'm an old member planning to come back. However, I see that lots of new workouts and challenges have been added, and I find it difficult to keep track.

Even though I know that strength training is a must (which I have incorporated into my routine in the past 5 months) and I am eating moderately (let's say 65% well-balanced and 35% so-so :), my body fat percentage is still high -30%.

I appreciate your suggestions
