I like the idea of having a scheduled program but ….

So I found a two week program I thought looked doable but life got in the way and I missed days.

Is there anyway I can go to my calendar and move a workout to the next day? I don’t like seeing days not completed (this is probably a mind game thing), so I’d rathe just put the workouts on the day I can actually do them. But I don’t want to have to search for a workout everyday, thus I’d like a program. In other words, I’d like a program but I’d like ti put the workouts on the days I chose. Is his possible?
