Progressing and proud

I don't have a before picture, but this picture is from last night. I completed FB Burn and am now on my second week of FB Sweat (thanks to the recommendations of many of you!)

I am not consistent with my eating habits, but I try to stay consistent with my activity levels and I'm seeing results I'm thankful for and proud of. Thank you, Fitness Blender! The physical activity not only helps my fitness goals, it has also been helping me process through and channel some deep emotional triggers that need healing.

My goals are to get have more speed/endurance, trim down, and I really need to work on significantly improving my diet. Have a wonderful week, everyone!
