Body image challenge

I have one more meditation to go through and then I can mark the challenge complete. What a wonderful challenge. The little assignments / questions in the articles gave me some insights. I realised that the way I have been thinking about my body was not fair "my body does not represent the level of fitness and strength I have". It does! It doesn't look like the picture perfect images on social media, but I can do a lot. I am strong, I have endurance, my body is healthy. I should celebrate it. So: thank you, my amazing, wonderful body for all that you do for me. You deserve love and respect. 💕🩵
