Best Challenges/Programs for Legs

Hey guys! I’m looking for the people’s favorite FB challenges for slimming/toning your legs! My legs are my “problem area” in the sense that it’s the spot where I can’t seem to get rid of my most stubborn fat (in comparison with my upper body or abs where I see progress with strength training much faster since there’s not much fat to hide muscle growth). I’ve got some good muscle underneath the fat, but unfortunately it just doesn’t look that way aesthetically since it’s hidden beneath the layer of fat. I know there’s not really any such thing as spot training, but still, any recommendations for programs or even just favorite workouts that you’ve seen to really help with changing the appearance of your legs would be great!
