I would also like to mention that shuffle plyo push ups are the true plyometric arm exercise, "plyo push ups" aren't actual plyometrics as "plyo push ups" do you engage reactive strength, making them not a true plyo exercise. I would love to see the shuffle push ups replace the "plyo push ups" one day. Anyways, sorry for sounding so demanding, but I am not fond of "plyo push ups".
