Most beginner friendly workout program?

Hi everyone,

I'm a complete beginner and was wondering which of the workout programs is the most beginner friendly ( I'm okay with FB plus only programs).

I have knee issues, so I tried the Low Impact Round 1 program, but I can't even properly do a modified pushup or plank! I struggle with good form and even just holding the position.

So, I was wondering: are there any other programs that are even more beginner friendly and that really ease you into it?
