Pregnancy

Hi,

I started working out again at the beginning of this year. I do have quite an active job as well.

I stopped working out on here when I found out I was pregnant, but I am wanting to start the 8 week fat loss program again.

I know if I made some alterations to my workouts I’ll be okay. Has anyone got any tips and advice for what they did working out when pregnant?
