New FB Plus Workout: Barre-Style Core and Lower Body Strength

Hi FB Fam!

I hope you are having a great week and are ready for my newest workout! Today we have a fun, feel-good combination of core and barre-style lower body strength. 

Barre-Style Core and Lower Body Strength

This workout is 17 minutes long and has two sections: core and barre-style strength. Each section has ten different exercises — that means no repeats! We work for 35 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. If you are up to an additional challenge, skip the rest intervals and keep working! Also, this workout does not have a warm-up or a cool-down, so plan accordingly.

Changing up your routine to challenge your body in different ways is always a good thing. Over the past few months, I have been taking barre classes a few days a week and have enjoyed it! I am hoping to share more barre-style workouts with you in the future.
