Your recommended progam for losing pounds.

Hi folks,

I'm 5'4 and 221 pounds. I understand that calorie deficit and what you eat has more of an impact than workouts per se but I really would like to schedule a progam that will help with fat loss. I feel very uncomfortable and have aches and pains but I don't mind HIIT I would like something that I can stick to and for it to help with my weight loss journey.

What has helped you if you've been in the same situation? Any advice is welcome from anyone.
