hi guys!!! i have been a huge fan of the bored easy workouts for YEARS
but latley i am craving the basics,
one area focused strength workouts with max reps or 3+sets instead of super varied workouts
i know Tasha and OG-D have some good ones, but i wanted to reach out on here and ask if anybody has some favs to please share!!!!!
