stacked cardio intervals... plus strength? workout request

Nicole's 20-20-20 Stacked Cardio Intervals ( is one of my favorite workouts. I love how the cardio starts out light and then builds to test endurance.

Sometimes I do the whole workout, however sometimes I get to the water break and don't want to repeat the whole first half again, but I still have energy for some strength training. Today I paired the first half of the workout with Kelli's 10 Minute Fat Burning Total Body Workout (, which was the perfect combo for me.

So, as a workout request, I'd love to see another (shorter) stacked cardio intervals workout followed by 10 - 15 minutes of total body strength or even stacked strength sets like Brian's Upper Body Compound Strength Sets (
