Advice on choosing a program

Hi everyone!

I would like to choose a program that I can do every other day. With a long duration, 45-60 minutes. Could you advise something?

Nowadays i do FB fit round 3, but every other day. But i think that in this way the muscles of one group rest for a long time until the next workout. I can not do workout every day. I have fb plus. I would appreciate that) ☺️
