Hi Family, I hope you are all doing great. After 6 months of not working out whatsoever I'm at the point where my body craves it. I have a very hectic and busy life (working full time+ being a mum) so my schedule is quiet full. However I made room and am ready to start exercising again maybe 3-4 times a week. I used to do a lot of HIIT as well as strength training (5 times a week). Loved doing it as it's fun and effective at the same time. Now my question: could you lovely beings recommend a program that offers a mix of HIIT and strength 3-4 times a week? Couldn't find any when I went through the search/filter option. Any advise is appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from y'all
