FB Stress Redux

Hello, everyone!

This is my first community post.

I just started the FB Stress Redux Pilot Program yesterday, so I'm on Day 2 today. Day 2 of the program is "Social Engagement," and one of the suggested activities is meeting new people. Since I'm not currently in a situation that allows for that easily in a face-to-face setting, I thought I'd take advantage of the Community section of Fitness Blender and try to "meet" some new people in an online format.

So, I'm just wondering if anyone out there in the FB Community has tried the Stress Redux Program or has considered trying it? And if so, how'd it go for you?

So far I'm fascinated by it all, but it's still too early for me yet to see how well it'll work 😆 I did enjoy Day 1's Mindfulness activities (I completed both options). I guess we'll see how Day 2 goes after I post this, haha. Anyway, I just thought I'd give this community thing a try.

P. S. Any other introverts out there almost panic when they saw the word "social" in Day 2?
