How many cardio sessions per week should we do?

Hi guys,

Hope you are doing well and enjoying weekend :).

I enjoy strength / weight training, not a big fan of HIIT. I still do HIIT once a week just to get some cardio. Also I do 20 mins walk on my treadmill @ 4 km/hr speed 5 to 6 days a week. My ultimate goal is muscle gain + weight loss (of course). I have a question to all strength training lovers, how much cardio do you do in a week? And what's the intensity and time limit of your cardio sessions? Is moderate impact cardio good enough to maintain health/weight?

I have noticed that when I do cardio before strength training, it impacts my strength performance because cardio is exhausting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
