Core Programme with Tasha

I find that Tasha’s core exercises are difficult (for me - little to no core strength) but well explained. I’ve often thought that with a trainer like her, folks like myself could build some pretty good core strength, step-by-step.

There are several moves I would probably never have attempted throughout my life (seriously 😅) if they weren’t in her workouts and accompanied by her guidance.

This is a request for Tasha to create a (2-week, 4-week, whatever goes) core strength development programme for beginners - it would be a game changer for many I think!
