Exercising as soon as you wake up advice

Does anyone exercise as soon as they wake up and find that it is actually working for them?

I have done these workout videos on a morning and find that I am not putting my all in (I know you should eat food before and drink water) but I would rather exercise on a morning than when I come back home from work as I am always busy after work. I love the videos though :)))

Does anyone else exercise really early on a morning, if anyone does and it is working for them please tell me your routine with it, how you get your energy up and give me some tips... or is it worth just exercising some point after work?
