Update (So Happy)

Praying this post finds you well. ๐Ÿ’•

Please let me know if you have any prayer requests.

January was a pretty good month for me, even with my lung deterioration and gynecological problems.

I had a doctorโ€™s appointment last week, and my pulmonologist was really thrilled with my progress. I have dropped a little over 20 pounds since the end of July 2022. More than that, I feel the best I have ever felt since December 2019. And, I have really toned.

While I am still end stage, and have about a year before my lungs completely give out, Iโ€™m not letting that stop me. I am still on the path of bettering myself so that I can be seen by the transplant team (bilateral lung transplant). That is my goal!

What I really struggle with is staying active throughout the entire day (exhaustion), and staying away from calorie-laden drinks (I love hot chocolate). The latter is really my downfall. ๐Ÿ˜•

Any suggestions for healthy drinks besides plain water or herbal tea? I need to avoid added sugar, and I cannot tolerate fake sugar.
